關於銀齡樂活據點
協助樂齡長者正向老化，迎接樂活人生。 在主題課程中，將以促進長者身體健康、社會參與、多元智能、以及美感休閒為主軸， 包含體能、知能、綜合感官及數位包容等課程。臺師大提供社區長者的服務除了共餐活動外，還包含健康促進、文康休閒活動規劃，豐富的專業師資及行政資源，可望成為創新的社區老人活動據點典範。
